Steps for Recruitment Process:<\/h3>
  1. Completion of the manpower request form by the requesting unit.<\/li>
  2. Review of the request form by the group's senior deputy, Steering Council Secretary, and Human Resources and Administrative Management.<\/li>
  3. Preparation of a recruitment schedule based on the priorities outlined in the authorization.<\/li>
  4. Examination of various methods for sourcing and recruiting candidates to select the most suitable candidates.<\/li>
  5. Invitation of selected individuals for a general interview to establish their file.<\/li>
  6. Referral of selected candidates to the relevant unit for technical\/specialized interviews.<\/li>
  7. Final candidate selection.<\/li>
  8. Notification of the company\u2019s employment conditions and required documents to the selected individual.<\/li>
  9. Introduction of the individual to the administrative unit.<\/li>
  10. Referral to the group\u2019s Safety and Health Management for medical tests and evaluation of results.<\/li>
  11. Collection of other required documents from the candidate to establish a personnel file.<\/li>
  12. Verification of collected documents from authorized bodies.<\/li>
  13. Signing the contract and issuing the work start order as per the guidelines.<\/li><\/ol>

    3. Taking intelligence, English language, and computer proficiency tests.<\/li>
