Each year, during the winter, the Training Unit of Amir Kabir Industrial Group sends a formal letter to factory managers and independent unit heads to identify their need for interns and the required fields of study for the following summer. Based on the responses received, the number of required interns is determined, categorized by field of study.

Internship Admission Requirements:

  1. Enrollment in an Accredited University:
    Each internship applicant must be a student at a university recognized by the Ministry of Science. It should be noted that the acceptance of non-university-level interns is only possible with the approval of the Group's Senior Deputy and coordination with unit managers.
  2. Official Introduction from the University:
    Applicants must be introduced to the company through a formal written request from their university.
  3. Priority for Local Applicants:
    Applicants residing in Khorasan Province are prioritized over those from other regions of the country.
  4. Compliance with Company Schedules:
    Interns must align their attendance with the company's working conditions and the designated start and end dates of the internship period.
  5. Extension of Internship Duration:
    Extending the internship beyond the duration specified by the university is only permitted with the approval of the organization's Senior Deputy.
  6. Performance and Conduct:
    If the company is dissatisfied with the intern's performance or if there are issues conflicting with the company's work and ethical standards, the internship will be terminated, and the university will be formally notified.
  7. Submission of Internship Report:
    Interns must prepare a report of their activities, consisting of at least 10 pages, in PowerPoint format on a CD, and submit it to the Group's Recruitment Unit.
  8. Completion of Clearance Process:
    Upon finishing the internship, the intern must complete a full clearance process with various organizational units.
  9. Intern Benefits and Facilities:
    The company provides benefits and facilities for interns, including work uniforms, lunch, and transportation services.
