How long after submitting a job application does it usually take to be contacted for an interview?

This matter completely depends on the company's need for personnel. Based on your expertise and field of work, if needed, the recruitment office will coordinate with you, and there is no need for you to follow up personally. Additionally, completing and submitting the employment questionnaire does not create any employment obligation for the company.

The recruitment of individuals with medical exemptions is not possible for those with a high school diploma or associate degree. However, for applicants with a bachelor's degree or higher, recruitment may be possible, provided it is approved by the group's Safety and Health Management and the candidate completes other selection processes.

To ensure the recruitment of efficient and skilled personnel, an in-person interview is conducted by qualified authorities in the presence of the candidate.

It is conditional upon the successful completion of all recruitment stages.
The determination of salary and benefits is based on labor law, alignment with the job classification plan, and the company's current policies.

Internship applicants must complete and submit the internship form in May each year. Based on the company's needs, interns are accepted for the summer of the same year.
