According to the Guidelines for Selection and Recruitment of Personnel:

Steps for Recruitment Process:

  1. Completion of the manpower request form by the requesting unit.
  2. Review of the request form by the group's senior deputy, Steering Council Secretary, and Human Resources and Administrative Management.
  3. Preparation of a recruitment schedule based on the priorities outlined in the authorization.
  4. Examination of various methods for sourcing and recruiting candidates to select the most suitable candidates.
  5. Invitation of selected individuals for a general interview to establish their file.
  6. Referral of selected candidates to the relevant unit for technical/specialized interviews.
  7. Final candidate selection.
  8. Notification of the company’s employment conditions and required documents to the selected individual.
  9. Introduction of the individual to the administrative unit.
  10. Referral to the group’s Safety and Health Management for medical tests and evaluation of results.
  11. Collection of other required documents from the candidate to establish a personnel file.
  12. Verification of collected documents from authorized bodies.
  13. Signing the contract and issuing the work start order as per the guidelines.

Actions Required by the Job Applicant:

  1. Completing the employment application questionnaire.
  2. Attending the general and specialized interviews at the scheduled time.
  3. Taking intelligence, English language, and computer proficiency tests.
  4. Submitting the required documents to the administrative unit for establishing a personnel file.
  5. Undergoing pre-employment medical tests.
  6. Submitting medical test results to the group’s Safety and Health Management.
  7. Visiting the group’s Safety and Health unit to review medical test results and obtain a fitness certificate.
  8. Signing the contract.
