According to the Guidelines for Selection and Recruitment of Personnel:
Steps for Recruitment Process:
- Completion of the manpower request form by the requesting unit.
- Review of the request form by the group's senior deputy, Steering Council Secretary, and Human Resources and Administrative Management.
- Preparation of a recruitment schedule based on the priorities outlined in the authorization.
- Examination of various methods for sourcing and recruiting candidates to select the most suitable candidates.
- Invitation of selected individuals for a general interview to establish their file.
- Referral of selected candidates to the relevant unit for technical/specialized interviews.
- Final candidate selection.
- Notification of the company’s employment conditions and required documents to the selected individual.
- Introduction of the individual to the administrative unit.
- Referral to the group’s Safety and Health Management for medical tests and evaluation of results.
- Collection of other required documents from the candidate to establish a personnel file.
- Verification of collected documents from authorized bodies.
- Signing the contract and issuing the work start order as per the guidelines.
Actions Required by the Job Applicant:
- Completing the employment application questionnaire.
- Attending the general and specialized interviews at the scheduled time.
- Taking intelligence, English language, and computer proficiency tests.
- Submitting the required documents to the administrative unit for establishing a personnel file.
- Undergoing pre-employment medical tests.
- Submitting medical test results to the group’s Safety and Health Management.
- Visiting the group’s Safety and Health unit to review medical test results and obtain a fitness certificate.
- Signing the contract.
